This relaxation visualisation is meant for the times you are really busy and perhaps going through stressful times at work, so you can switch off your mind for a while. By putting thoughts on hold temporarily, you focus on the here and now. By focusing on the here and now, for a while you think about nothing. And the best insights are born out of nothing.
I see people in my coaching practice every day who are continuously worried about work situations and how things shouldn't be. By focusing on what shouldn't happen, and doing so repeatedly, you actually attract those situations. You can easily interrupt that train of thought by relaxing for a short while.
