Do you want to get rid of chronic pain or fatigue? Do you frequently experience a sense of exhaustion, and despite your efforts, often feel anxious and frustrated? Are these emotions negatively impacting you, your relationships, clients, or your surroundings? You strongly feel the need to reverse this, but you have no idea how to approach it. Read this blog, because by addressing the core of pain and fatigue, including practical tools, you can regain energy, health, and enthusiasm in life, and also learn how to prevent physical ailments.

What you have experienced in the past, possibly as traumatic, not only affects your emotions but also has consequences for physical issues. Unconsciously, you have carried this for a long time, and as a result, everyone carries a personal backpack of disruptions. These can include both mental and emotional disturbances, with the intensity of the impact varying for each individual.

Where does a disrupter come from?
A disruptor is formed by past experiences that are unconsciously stored in your brain. You have little control over this. When you unconsciously experience a similar situation, the negative memory suddenly resurfaces. Your body stores these negative memories, and thus, your physical blockade grows larger because you continue to associate negative emotions with this memory (often unconsciously). This has a significant impact on your life, both physically, emotionally, and mentally. It also directly affects personal and business aspects. For example, you may want more energy to grow your business or seek a new job, but you have little to no energy for it.

Do you experience disruptors daily?
Everyone has active disruptors. If you are bothered by them, you need to work on them to regain emotional, physical, and mental balance. Do you experience one or more of the following symptoms? These are signals that a disruptor is active. Over time, these symptoms accumulate, and your complaints increase.

  • Unexplained physical complaints (Medically Unexplained Symptoms).
  • Sudden changes in your mood, feelings, and mood swings.
  • Stress symptoms, eating disorders, and/or sleep disorders.
  • Fatigue, anxiety, and/or indecision.
  • Addictions, feeling depressed, and/or feeling down.
  • Headaches, chronic complaints, and/or burnout.
